As travelers we all need good safe drinking water or we put our health at serious risk. Drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day is very good for us but sometimes very hard to do if the water tastes funny, smells or you are not sure about your tank so you buy bottled water and this costs money.
When you fill your caravan. Motorhome or Rv water tanks do even wonder what is already in the bottom of the tank and do you know for sure that the supply you are drawing from is completely safe to drink. Are you one of the people who go home or store the vehicle with an “empty” tank or just leave the water in there until you go away next time.  Even filtered water does not have a lengthy storage life and if the tank is left with little or nearly no water in it, it is the perfect environment for a major bacterial and algae attack.
